Manufacturing capabilities

In our production halls, our employees manufacture a wide variety of components made of glass and plastic. From batch size 1 up to series of several thousand units, we do our best every day to meet the individual requirements of our customers.

Cutting

Custom cutting of glass and plastic, individually manufactured to your specifications. Whether for single-piece production, series production, or as components for complete assemblies.

Edge processing

We offer a wide range of options and variations for edge processing of glass and plastic. In addition to cutting glass and plastic to size, we also provide the appropriate edge finishing. Whether seamed, ground, or polished.

Drilling & milling

Cylindrical and conical (countersunk) precision drill holes as well as cut-outs in glass and plastic, exactly according to your specifications. Through CNC-controlled milling of glass and plastics, we are able to produce almost any desired shape.

Thermoforming

The forming process of thermoplastic plastics and glass using heat and vacuum offers versatile solutions for processing—both for individual production and prototype development.

Laser processing

Laser-based cutting of plastics as well as surface processing of glass and plastics (e.g. engravings for the advertising industry) enable us to produce complex geometries and ensure fast processing.

Bonding

UV bonding of clear glass for display cases, shelves, glass furniture construction, and much more. In the field of plastics, we offer optical and technical bonding solutions, particularly for shopfitting applications such as bins, covers, pedestals, and display cases.

Ceramic glass printing

Ceramic glass printing enables the realistic reproduction of individual motifs in various sizes and vibrant colours, allowing for impactful and personalised accents in interior spaces.

Safety glass

Toughened safety glass or laminated safety glass offers increased impact and shock resistance. When broken, it shatters into very small, blunt fragments (ESG) or remains adhered to the interlayer (VSG). This significantly reduces the risk of injury, making it ideal for applications such as shower enclosures, sliding doors, overhead glazing, and many more.
